Most early-stage founders face the same choice. Hire a full-time sales leader before the motion is proven, or keep closing every deal themselves while growth stalls.
We saw it from the inside, running sales floors in renewables, SaaS, and logistics and building pipeline from scratch. We watched first sales hires leave inside six months, and founders spend $120K–$250K+ in year one on a hire who left before writing down a repeatable process.
The pattern repeated. The hire came in before there was a process to follow, spent months ramping, and when they left, the company started over with nothing written down.
RevLine puts fractional SDRs, AEs, and part-time sales leadership inside your company. The team is embedded in week 1, sequences and CRM are live in week 2, and pipeline starts building in weeks 3–4.
You pay a base retainer of $2K–$10K per month plus commission on closed revenue, with a 3-month minimum and month-to-month after that. Everything we build (the playbook, sequences, and CRM workflows) stays with you. Our team has generated $52M+ in revenue across our careers.
Every person on the RevLine team has carried a quota. We have cold-called, built CRM pipelines from scratch, and written outbound sequences, and we have sat in the room when deals closed and when they did not.
We work inside your team. That means your tools, your standups, and your Slack channels. We report weekly on meetings booked, pipeline created, and deals advanced.
Part of our pay is commission on closed revenue, so our incentives match yours. If a channel or message is not producing, we tell you in the weekly report and change it.

Forecasts and activity counts are useful, but the number we track ourselves against is closed revenue. It is also how part of our fee is calculated.
The first weeks go to the Sales Motion Audit, ICP, messaging, and CRM setup. Reps work better when the steps are written down, and you keep that documentation.
The team is embedded in week 1, sequences are live in week 2, and pipeline builds in weeks 3–4. That is faster than a typical 90-day full-time hire, but it is not instant. Read why your first sales hire shouldn't be full-time →
Weekly reports show what is working and what is not. If a segment or channel is not producing, we say so and propose a change.
